What a waste of time. Usually a go to for us. Today, however was different. We opted for open seating in the bar. The restaurant was not extraordinarily busy so figured we could grab a quick meal. Five minutes, no server. Ten minutes, no server, all the while three servers spending plenty of quality time with tables right next to ours. Worse yet was that they would walk by and not even make eye contact with us. Oh well, we bailed out and went to the food court instead.

My wife and I held our baby shower on the patio and it was fantastic! Awesome service and excellent food! The staff was so helpful and let us decorate and just enjoy our little family get together. Enjoying the Sunday brunch was amazing! I've always loved the cheesecake factory but never been there early enough for the brunch menu. Well, they didn't disappoint! Thank you so much to the staff and service Sunday morning!

Everytime I've come here I've had such a good experience! There was even one time I ordered something new and absolutely did not like it and it wasn't what I expected when I got it. The server was AMAZING and so understanding. She brought me a menu and let me pick something else and it came out so fast. I also recently wanted to use my free slice of cheesecake that expired in march, but did not realize until after mentioning and they said they extended it till June due to COVID-19. Cheesecake factory is definitely my favorite chain restaurant hands down. Thank you for providing such great service.

Salad was unimpressive. All kale 5 cranberries 3 very thin radish pieces. Salmon was tastey but also very small in size.Server was great!!!!Would have liked to discuss it with a manager, but he or she was no where to be found. Perhaps he or she was helping with the more important larger parties

The food is good and the menu is great. But, I routinely wait 20 minutes for my first drink to arrive. Frequently they are out of one of the items ordered by a member of my party. For the price the service should be a bit more snappy.

Always something to like at cheesecake factory. This was the first time I tried the buffalo crispy chicken sandwich and it did not disappoint. Substitute fried for broccoli or green beans is always my preference to fries.

Usually very crowded here but we got seated fairly quickly. Their food was delicious and I love their skinny menu options. I guess you feel less guilt if also eating a cheesecake too.

Always a great place to eat, they have everything. This place is the only correct answer to the age old question " if you could only eat at one place for the rest of your life, where would it be?". You could never get bored. The cheesecake is exquisite, rich and decadent. I would highly recommend it. The service can be a bit slow at times (thus the 4 out of 5) but other than that its a great place.

The service was great. Really attentive and friendly waiters. The food was just okay. I think almost everyone added salt and said it was good but just not great. Will visit again because the cheesecake is awesome, but find some different items in the menu to try.

Otherwise, their dinner plates are too large for a pair of young codgers (71 and 67). The menu items are interesting, with fairly decent representations of international cuisines. The Chandler location on Sunday night, December 22, showed a full restaurant, with ample bar seating. We ordered the chopped salad- first time which was tasty and very well prepared, and Buffalo chicken wings, reliably but not overbearingly hot. That with excellent service made for a pleasant evening.

Due to the current events we had not gone out to eat found this gift card decided to use it today placed my order with plenty of time and an 2 hours later still waiting for the text message to come through not happy should have been better prepared for this massive crowd!!!!

Good food and good service. Most plates are around $20. $5-8 for a side salad not included with the meal. Slice of cheesecake was $8. Seemed a little steep but part of the sting was taken away by a gift card from our friends. Lots of variety on the menu pasta, Mexican, steaks, seafood, and chicken dishes so choices for everyone.

Waited 40 minutes for our drinks and a hr and a half for our food. Food came cold, bland, and hard. Left hungry and angry. Had to ask the manger several times to come to the table. Always have liked cheesecake factory. I've been in several states, but this was the worst. The waiter was awesome considering but overall I spent over $70 and still had to go to Sonic to eat because everyone was still hungry. Terrible experience

I love this place. But today it wasn’t good. I understand that there are delays, but not to accurately reflect this when ordering for pick up was a disappointment. The app said the food was ready. Then changed to check in for an updated ETA. We had to wait an additional 1 hour and 20 mins.Then when we got it I checked it when we got back in the car. One meal was hot and the rest were really cold. Obviously the food hadn’t been prepared together. I was more disappointed as one of the meals was not nice reheated. Such a waste.

The worst curbside service. I realize that it is mother's day and we are in a pandemic but you could have came up with a better way to get people their food.... Still waiting..... Almost 2 hours

Ordered online. Took forever to get the food and one of the meals we ordered did not come because it was “out of stock†instead of contacting us to let us know or ask if we wanted something else they just wrote it on the recipe as the food was delivered. Very upsetting

Be cautious ordering through delivery or making special requests using Door Dash. Ordered here at least 10 times- asked for certain modifications, they never get it right. Like “extra bread and please†- then the opposite happens and I get a 4 inch loaf with 2 pads of butter for $180 worth of Pasta dishes for 6 people. They also queue their Door Dash drivers too early- the one tonight waited 35 minutes at the restaurant while they finished my order. That means the poor driver could make a single delivery in an hour. Last time they offered some free cheesecake, I said “no thank you, how about just work on getting it right?†If I’m spending $150-$200 week, a slice of cheesecake means as much to me as a “I am really sorry†- if you are sorry, fix it. Get competent people to check. Your orders.. please and thank you.

I left a review of this place yesterday, but my review got deleted so the company can retain the 4+ star rating it somehow managed to get. Since my review last night was so rudely removed (probably because it was too critical) I'll post a smaller version. Long story short, service was horrific, silverware had leftover food on it, small flies around my food, undercooked food and all we were offered for a $60+ meal was a slice of free cheesecake. Nice. Anyways, I highly do not recommend coming here for an expensive dinner because it's a waste of money.

Not a bad experience! Not as cold as it always is. Server was on point and super responsive. I always get the steak Diane but forget to say no mushrooms. It’s pretty nice in here. Pretty intense build out here. Best place to eat in the chandler mall area I think personally. Happy New Years! They were the only place still open and they didn’t disappoint. Strawberry margarita is bad either. Will be back soon!

Hadn’t been to a Cheesecake Factory in years because the quality of their food and gone down. However it friend wanted to meet there at the chandler mall area one and I’m so glad they did! The menu had changed, so much more was offered that was modern and up to date food styles. We ordered lettuce wraps, hamburger and club sandwich and each order was made fresh and delicious. The service was excellent too! I’m now a fan again!

We really enjoy coming here when we’re in the area. The small table seating can feel a bit crowded on a busy night but the staff and food make up for that. They have a very diverse menu and the portions have been consistently large. Bring your appetite but don’t be surprised if you leave with leftovers.

Great atmosphere and customer service experience. Wowza. I got the herb crusted chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. Absolutely perfectly cooked and tender.Christina M is and was a wonderful and attentive waitress! She showed us the menu and everything we mentioned to build a good choice. Kind of like a tour.For desert i got the white chocolate, Carmel macadamia nut cheesecake and the presentation was absolutely perfect.

Great place even better cheesecake. Chicken parm pizza style is an amazing deal for the amount of food. Can be eaten for three meals easily.

We had heard so much about this place, but after our experience, we are not at all impressed. We ordered well-done cheddar stuffed burgers and they arrived at our table still mooing. We then requested just well-done CHEESEburgers, which arrived cooked well, but they forgot the cheese!! We each had a slice of cheesecake, and both agree we've had better elsewhere. The bill came to almost $48, even though we only had water to drink..... ridiculous for what we had. We wouldn't recommend this place.

Superb meal I went in with high expectations, but was blown away. The bread and Thai lettuce wraps were a great appetizer, and both me and my spouse's meals of steak and ahi tuna salad were cooked to perfection. The edges were sauteed Deliciously as well.

$14.00 for coffee and cheesecake and it wasn't a big deal!!! We both agreed that it just isn't that wonderful. Costco much better. Also, never got a warm-up on the coffee. Sad but true.

Any restaurant that is open for dine in service is not going to be on my list of places to frequent in the future. If you don’t care about the health of your patrons when there is a pandemic, I’m sure you don’t care about the health of your patrons on a normal day. It’s too early to have dine-in service.

Was unsure of their new beyond meat pasta but it was phenomenal. The avocado egg rolls are the bomb. Service at the Phoenix location was spectacular considering it was a Saturday night and the place was packed. Add the fact that the tester was located in a local mall, there were large parties, and small parties but they managed to get everyone seated and it all worked out.

Went there yesterday at the Chandler Mall for lunch with my mom. We got the Asian Salad. It came without chicken and the lettuce was old. We've had it before there and it was really good. This time it was tasteless. Notified the manager, she was nice but only discounted us $4 each. We ate 1/4th of the meal and left there hungry. So disappointed. I won't ever go back. Too many other delicious restaurants in the area.

Love how much there is on the menu and the quality of the food. This location did not have the best service but it could have been the visit. My favorite dish is the crispy chicken costoletta and recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious entree if they like lemon. I would go back because of the food and hope for a different customer service experience.

Our service was great she was super attentive and made sure we didn’t need anything else she made really great suggestions. She needs a raise she 100% went above and beyond for great service. Christina M was a stunning waitress. She quickly jumped in to help us figure out the vast menu, and made us feel at home. I could rave all day about what a wonderful surprise it was having her to help us and share in our first experience at this restaurant. Bravo lady! You are amazing. The food itself was divine. I got the honey truffle chicken, and my boyfriend got the parmesan herb chicken. We both took one bite and had to take a moment to marvel at just how wonderful the food tasted. The food, visually, was stunning but the flavors stole the show entirely. The desert was presented beautifully, we got the white macadamia nut caramel cheesecake and the mousse cheesecake.Thank you so much, Christina! ðŸï¸ðŸŒº

Great Spicy Avocado Salad.... I do have a question though: Where does the name come from and Who desided on the decor? Does not seem to make sense, always been curious how the two go together? Cheesecake Palace sounds more fitting!!! (the location specifically is in Chandler Az at Chandler Fashion Mall)

Amazing food - great tasting, huge portions. Awesomely great service. Mai Tai was delicious, cheesecake was basically sold out - took some home and had it the next day. It was fantastic.

My experience was amazing. I liked a couple of things. First was ambience. Second was food. The bread which we got as starter was awesome. It was heated at such a temperature that it could melt the butter yet we could hold it easily. I ordered the veggie burger which was big enough to satisfy the hunger. Third was prompt service. And lastly I liked the cost. Just amazing.
